Handbag and Jewelry Exchanges & Returns
If you are not satisfied with your handbag or piece of jewelry, you may exchange it for a different item or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Returns are accepted for damaged goods only. Please email or call us prior to sending anything back however. A restocking fee of $5.00 is assigned to all handbag exchanges. If you choose to pay for expedited shipping, this will not be refundable. Handbags purchased at shows are not returnable.
Clothing Exchanges: If your clothing item does not fit, or if you would like to exchange any item for a different size or color, simply return the merchandise to us (address listed below) with a delivery tracking number (so that both parties can track the package). We will send you the new desired size/styles at no additional cost to you upon receipt of the returned goods.
Clothing Returns: A $5 restocking fee is assigned to clothing items under $50 and an $8 restocking fee is assigned to returned purchases over
$50. This fee is waived if you wish to exchange for something else on the website.
For unworn, damaged, or defective products, we will refund or exchange for store credit in the full amount.
Items that are returned damaged or visibly worn due to use will not be refunded.
Refunds/exchanges must be received within 30 days of purchase.
We recommend emailing or calling us before items are shipped back to us. Items purchased at an event, festival or show are not returnable.
Jute and Jackfruit is not responsible for items lost in the mail. We therefore recommend delivery confirmation and insurance on all return/exchange items.
