Jute and Jackfruit is proud to offer Free Shipping on all purchases with a standard 7-day ground service. For orders outside of Massachusetts we ship Priority Mail. For orders within Massachusetts we ship First Class Mail. Orders generally arrive within 3-5 days of placing an order.
USPS Express Mail Delivery is available. Simply check the appropriate box during your check out. If you are in Massachusetts, Express Mail is generally overnight (if the order is placed before noon). If you are shipping outside of Massachusetts, delivery time will be between 1 and 3 days from the date shipped. We will ship within 24 hours and if the order is received before Noon, it will ship same day.
International Shipping: If you are in France, England or Canada and would like to order one of our products, please email us at customerservice[at]juteandjackfruit.com. We will determine the shipping rate for you. We will also ship elsewhere at customer's request. Please call or email us with the details. Note: Customers are responsible for any taxes and/or duties placed on the package by recipient country.
