Jute and Jackfruit is proud to offer Free Shipping on all purchases with a standard 7-day ground service. We ship most domestic orders using Priority Mail (United States Postal Service).
International Shipping is available using Express Mail International to Canada and Europe for $35.00; and Australia, New Zealand, and Asia for $40.00.
We will ship elsewhere at customer's request. Please call us for details. Note: Taxes and duties assigned by country are payable by the customer.

How do I return an item?
Jute and Jackfruit will be winding down due to the birth of the owner's second child. We are sorry to leave the business and our beloved customers and hope that you remain satisfied with your orders and products that you have purchased. If you are a recent customer, within 15 days of April 25th, we will honor a return or exchange as needed. If you are purchasing items on clearance or sale after April 27th, then no returns or exchanges will be allowed. Please email us at CustomerService@JuteAndJackfruit.com with any questions.
Please notify us before shipping anything back. Our policy for returns differs depending on whether your purchase includes clothing, jewelry or handbags and also when you purchased your items. Therefore, please read below details for specifics.
All allowed refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving an authorized
return. A restocking and handling fee of $8 will be subtracted from all returns with the exception of exchanges and returns for store credit.
Clothing (including hats, gloves, and scarves)
Jute & Jackfruit will provide an exchange or issue a refund for all non-sale items received within 15 days of when the items were shipped for purchases made prior to April 27, 2013. Clothing items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately.
Handbag and Jewelry Exchanges & Returns
Handbags and jewelry are no longer eligible for returns or exchanges.
Expedited shipping, Sale Items, Shows
Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. Sale and discounted merchandise, as well as special orders, are eligible for store credit only. Items purchased at shows are not returnable.
How to Send Back Your Return (US Orders Only)
To ship an item back to Jute & Jackfruit, simply pack your item and mail it to the address below. Please indicate somewhere with your item whether you are exchanging or returning the item. We recommend insuring and tracking your return merchandise; Jute & Jackfruit is not responsible for items we do not receive.
